Fix Appliances Cancellation Policy:All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
It is the customer’s responsibility to receive confirmation, time, and date of cancellation.
If cancelling after-hours, please leave a detailed message: name, address and time of appointment
If an appointment was booked on the same day, the minimum cancellation time is 4 hours prior to the appointment time. Should these measures to cancel an appointment not be taken, the cost of the service electrical appliances call is $100+HST will be charged. For gas appliances is $150 +HST
Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
